Dr Vodder Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) is a specialised treatment which gently stretches the skin over the deeper muscular tissue using four main strokes in slow rhythmical sequences, without the use of oil.
These gentle skin-stretching techniques simulate and stimulate the rhythmic contraction of the lymph vessels which in turn increases the volume and flow of lymph fluid.
